With increasing competition, a dental clinic must be clean and attractive, well equipped, and hopefully staffed by attractive young dental assistants.

Which brings us to Jitsuwa Knuckles (February) and the story of Aiko, a 19-year-old dental assistant currently employed at a clinic in Osaka.

This particular clinic has several chairs, which are situated in separate rooms. Which means that while the doc attends other patients in neighboring rooms or goes back to his lab to fit implants or whatever, Aiko is left alone to minister to the patient.

So she can pass the time by making small talk. Or, for and additional 10,000 yen -- not covered by health insurance, unfortunately -- she can give the patient a hand job.

"I'll rub your 'chinko' for 10,000 yen," was how she propositioned Jitsuwa Knuckles' writer.

"I expected she would just give it a rub through the material on my trousers," he relates. "But she was very eager to provide good service and after unzipping me gave it a vigorous wank until I shot off."

"If patients get too noisy while I'm doing them, I stuff more cotton swabs in their mouths," she giggles.

Here's hoping this idea spreads to the States. My smile would definitely be whiter.

MUAR: Two DVDs showing a man resembling a prominent senior politician, and a woman engaging in various sexual antics, are being widely circulated in Tangkak, Batu Pahat and here.

The DVDs are believed to be closed-circuit television (CCTV) recordings in a hotel suite. However, the hotel’s location and the date of the recording are not known.

It is learnt that the first DVD lasting 56 minutes has footage of four different camera angles of the hotel suite – the bed, living area, entrance to the bathroom and the main door. It purportedly shows the man and woman entering the room separately.

The second DVD lasting 44 minutes is said to show the couple engaged in sex acts on the bed.

Those who claim to have seen the two DVDs said they were convinced the man in the DVDs was the prominent politician based on his gait and mannerisms.

Chua Soi Lek has admitted he's the man in the video and resigned from his position as health minister. He identified the woman simply as "a personal friend" — a gentleman never tells, good for him. This Reuters piece contains the most insightful bit of punditry I've found:

"For a top politician you can't continue in power when you are seen naked," said political analyst Ooi Kee Beng.

My searches for "Chua Soi Lek sex tape" and "Chua Soi Lek torrent" and the like have not turned up the videos online. Youtube has some Malaysian news reports but none of the actual four-camera sexual antics footage. But I'll keep digging.
