Tom Cruise - Kyle Bradford Actustar story
The French celebrity gossip magazine Actustar ran this story in March 2001. In the story, gay porn star Kyle Bradford claims to have had an affair with Tom Cruise. Cruise categorically denies the story and has sued Bradford (whose real name is Chad Slater) for $100,000,000. Bradford denies ever having talked to Actustar, and the magazine has since printed a retraction. Daze Reader believes Cruise and places no credence in the original Actustar story. We reprint and translate the story here only because its very existence is newsworthy.

Au cours d'un repas bien arrosé, un jeune acteur gay a avoué une liaison avec Tom Cruise. Ce petit ami bien pertinent dénonce aujourd'hui l'hypocrisie du showbiz à qui veut l'entendre.
Kyle Bradford, ex star du porno bien connue dans le milieu gay notamment pour ses prestations de lutteur nu, aurait reçu il y a un an environ, un appel d'un certain Tom Finigham qui lui proposait en amateur et pour s'entraîner un combat dans une salle de sport privée.
A l'affût de toutes les missions impossibles et bien appâté par le gain, Kyle a tout de suite accepté pour très vite constater sur les lieux que le fameux Finigham n'était nul autre que le célèbre Tom Cruise!
Les deux hommes sont devenus potes et confidents, mais aujourd'hui l'X-man parle d'amitié bien plus tendancieuse.
Il avoue même qu'un soir, Nicole Kidman les aurait surpris sans trop de sévérité sur le coup, pour, les jours suivants, annoncer à Tom son désir de rompre.

About a year ago, Kyle Bradford, former gay porn star known for his nude wrestling, received a call from a certain Tom Finigham, who proposed a training session at a private gym.
Always up for impossible missions and ready to be shown the money, Kyle accepted. At their first meeting, he immediately recognized Finigham as none other than Tom Cruise!
The two men became buddies and confidants, but today the X-Man speaks of a much deeper friendship.
He also confesses that one evening, Nicole Kidman surprised them without too much apparent distress. A few days later, she announced to Tom her desire to separate.
