OBSCENITY TRIAL
Adult Video News is covering the obscenity trial of porn producer Max Hardcore, which began this week in Los Angeles. "The second day of the Max Hardcore trial ended at 3:45 this afternoon, after the jurors had just finished watching the first scene of the video around which the City's obscenity charge centers: Max Extreme 4. And while it may be too early to estimate the reaction of the jury to the evidence, the fact that one alternate juror viewed the 'offending' tape while leaning back in his chair, with his feet propped up on the back of the chair in front of him, probably bodes well for Hardcore."
