Kim Cattrall (Samantha the vampy blond on Sex and the City) and her less-famous husband, jazz flugelhornist Mark Levinson, have co-authored a book called Satisfaction: The Art of the Female Orgasm. Alex Kuczynski interviews Cattrall and Levinson in the Sunday New York Times Fashion & Style section. In the book, Cattrall "punctures the Samantha myth, relating bluntly how for much of her adult life sex wasn't all that thrilling."
