LA pornstar tests positive for HIV

One female performer working in the Los Angeles-area porn industry has tested positive for HIV, putting the industry's quarantine procedures into effect. None of her sexual partners have tested positive so far. According to the LA Times, "The new case marks the first publicly confirmed HIV infection in an adult performer in Southern California since since 2004 when an HIV outbreak shut down porn production for four weeks." Five pornstars were infected in the 2004 incident, hopefully this time won't be as bad.
