A Utah State Senate bill that would have lumped the sale of violent video games to minors in with pornography died in the legislature this week, says the ever-vigilant GamePolitics. Incredibly, the bill actually passed the House of Representatives by a 56-8 vote. (Not so incredibly, I now know eight people who I need to take out for a drink.) But the state Senate never moved the bill to a floor vote, and I hope that it's for reasons other than they forgot. So writes Chris Koehler of Wired's GamesLife. It's probably not so easy to find your Jessica Alba-covered Playboy in Utah, as well. Posted by "Richie Tenenbaum."
