Missouri senate redefines "nudity"

The Missouri state senate has passed a bill banning highway billboards for businesses in which employees appear "in a state of nudity". The bill is aimed at porn shops, strip clubs and such. But other business owners are worried about the bill's broad definition of "state of nudity" as "any bare exposure of the skin located on a person's body below the armpits and above the knees".
