In a nutshell:

Girls: Move to either New York or Los Angeles. Pick up an "alternative" weekly and scan the help wanted section. The key word you are looking for is "figure modeling". Call the number. Make an appointment. Be prepared to get naked and possibly give the guy head.

Guys: Find a girl who does the aforementioned. After she's been in the industry a few weeks, go with her on a shoot. Have her introduce you as her partner and make it clear that she's unwilling to work with anyone else. Expect that she will be fired 4 times out of 5, but the fifth time is your in. When it happens, be damn sure that you are either a) ready to go or b) have Viagra. Cuz if you blow this one, your career is over.

In either case: Once you've made your initial contact, network like mad.
