Candidiasis is one of those things that's normally in a person's body, but every now and then, things get out of whack and it goes into overproduction.
Certain things can trigger it, like a hot, moist environment. That's generally what a cooze is like, right? Well, it is more so if it's swathed in non-breathing fibres, like polyester or nylon (like so many "sexy" panties are made of).
As for what else sets it off, well, I'm sure there are candidiasis FAQs out there.
